Where are you located?

Rotterdam, a beautiful place in the Netherlands.

How quickly do you ship?

It usually takes 1-3 business days to ship a package. Custom-made orders are an exception. Handmade pet necklaces will take 2-3 weeks and other customized orders depend on what you ask me to make.

What are your methods of payment?

You can pay with Ideal, Paypal, Bancontact, Sofort banking or bank transfer

Can I pick up my order?

I don’t have a physical store, so unfortunately you can’t pick up your orders, but if you live nearby and you are in a hurry for your order to arrive, you can always contact me on: info@rosieandtheraven.com.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on which country you live in. Packages to other Dutch cities will take 1-2 days, packages to European countries will probably take up to a week, the rest of the world about 2-4 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

I deliver all around the world! It might take a bit longer (sorry my Fiji friends) but I will send it to you anyhow.

What are the shipping costs?

The costs depend on how much the package weighs. It starts with €2,- shipping costs for the Dutchies and €3,50 for the rest of the world. You can check your shipping costs when you’ve added your goodies to the shopping basket.

Do I have to pay extra costs for delivery from the Netherlands?

It depends on where you live, sometimes you have to pay tax costs, but I can’t be held responsible for any custom taxes in your country.

Where can I track my order?

I don’t include Track & Trace in my packages. T&T costs are too expensive for most of the deliveries outside the Netherlands. If you prefer track and trace on your post then you can add it to your order.

My package didn’t arrive! What now?

Sometimes it can take more than 4 weeks to arrive, especially when you live on the other side of the world (of me) If your goodies haven’t arrived after 5-6 weeks, please contact me on info@rosieandtheraven.com and we’ll figure it out!

I’ve never ordered in your shop, how do I know it is safe?

Don’t worry, I get that! The online shopping world can be deceiving. I’ve been selling on Etsy for a while, you can check out all the reviews in my Etsy shop if you would like: www.etsy.com/shop/rosieandtheraven.

Can I exchange or return my order?

I pack and send everything with care and even if you add a track and trace or insurance, something can still go wrong. If you’re unhappy with your order please contact me on: info@rosieandtheraven.com. The only items that can’t be exchanged or returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective (or not at all) are custom or personalized orders.

I would like a custom pet necklace, how does that work?

You can order a necklace in my shop and send me some pictures and the race of your beloved animal to: info@rosieandtheraven.com I will contact you about your order and after we exchanged some information I will start drawing.

I’m interested in selling your products in my store, how does that work?

Thank you for your interest in selling my products! I have product catalog I can send you with all the products that are available for wholesale, plus the costs. Just send me a message on: info@rosieandtheraven.com and we will further discuss it.
